Email Marketing

For Copper Bay, I developed a series of reusable email templates used to showcase newly available homes and maintain consistent communication with prospective residents. In addition to designing the templates, I manage the monthly implementation process, ensuring content remains accurate, visually cohesive, and aligned with the brand.

Beyond email marketing, I assisted in developing the user journey for prospective residents who submit inquiries through the website. By helping structure the flow of communication and follow-up touchpoints, the goal was to create a more seamless experience from initial interest to ongoing engagement.

These efforts contributed to strong email performance throughout the year, including a 63.63% click rate and a 32.19% click-through rate, demonstrating high engagement among recipients.
